“As an executive in the nonprofit sector, the Executive MBA program at UNO strengthened my ability to move my organizational mission forward. I am now better equipped to collaborate with my Board of Directors, many of whom come from the corporate world, while providing me with a new perspective on our work.

I feel I am now a stronger leader and I can bring business concepts into our decision-making processes, resulting in stronger programming and improved sustainability of our organization.

I highly encourage any nonprofit executive to consider UNO’s EMBA program. The learning experience is rich, directly applicable, and prepares leaders in our sector for the global economy.”
