Hannah June Kim is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO). She earned her PhD in Political Science at the University of California, Irvine, in 2019 and was a postdoctoral scholar at the Walter H. Shorenstein Asia Pacific Research Center at Stanford University from 2019-2020.

Research

Dr. Kim’s research focuses on public opinion, political behavior, gender, and democracy with an emphasis on East Asia. Her research has been published in Journal of Politics, PS: Political Science & Politics, and the Japanese Journal of Political Science.
