Her experience as a TLC scholar shaped her professional path and sparked her passion for helping students feel seen and heard, as well as having access to the resources they need to succeed.
Her professional background spans advertising, program coordination, communications, and community engagement. Bryonna began her career as an Account Executive, where she managed client relationships, led creative projects, and collaborated across teams in a fast-paced environment. She later served as a Business Catalyst Program Coordinator at a non-profit organization, leading cohort-based programming for entrepreneurs, fostering partnerships, and developing strategies to measure impact and outcomes.
