Ellie is from Omaha, NE, and is a pre-med student studying neuroscience, chemistry, and psychology. Her non-profit experience includes partnering with Nebraska Enterprise Fund. As a community action project, her team is creating outlines and templates for different social media platforms and developing a website where employees can view their clients, share calendars, and communicate with each other. Her internship experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant for two years. Her research experience includes interning at UNMC's Mind and Health Lab. In this role, she is investigating how driving and daily behaviors can provide an early prediction of Alzheimer's Disease. Her career interests include attending medical school to become either a neurosurgeon or a psychiatrist.
