This program helps companies successfully resume business after natural, technological and other major disruptive events. Through presentation, discussion and simulation exercises, participants gain a thorough understanding of the issues related to emergency preparedness, business continuity of operations (COOP) and operational procedures.
The program concludes with a team simulation requiring strategic decision making in response to a disruptive event scenario. Participants will need to apply what they have learned to make critical decisions.
