Nick Brozović, PhD. instructs viewers on how to identify customer segments and refine their innovative ideas to respond to those customers' needs. Brozović serves as the director of policy at the Daugherty Water for Food Global Institute at the University of Nebraska and is a professor in agricultural economics at UNL.
