Meet the Buyers West 2026

Save the Date | April 28-30

Join us for the Meet the Buyers Conference at the Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsbluff Conference Center—Nebraska's signature government contracting event for businesses interested in government contracting.

The three-day conference connects businesses directly with government buyers at the federal, state, and local levels, along with agency representatives, experienced primes, and resource providers. Whether you're new to government contracting or looking to expand existing relationships, Meet the Buyers West offers practical insight, meaningful connections, and real conversations that move opportunities forward. Brought to you by the Nebraska APEX Accelerator at the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC).

Who hosts this event?

This event is hosted by the Nebraska Business Development Center (NBDC) APEX Accelerator program. APEX Accelerator consultants work with Nebraska business owners and entrepreneurs to help them grow their businesses through the government marketplace. It is a free business resource with consultants available across Nebraska. Learn more.

Where is the conference held?

The conference will take place at the Hampton Inn & Suites Scottsbluff-Conference Center, 301 US-26, Scottsbluff, NE 69361. Hotel rooms can be booked online.

Is parking available?

Free parking is available at the event.

What should I bring with me to the conference?

Paper and pen/pencil will be helpful! We also encourage you to bring multiple copies of your capability statement, and plenty of business cards. Having a well-written elevator pitch ready to go is handy as well. Contact us for assistance developing your capability statement and elevator pitch.
