William G. Graves brings extensive experience in business, finance, and operations to his role at the MCC Small Business Development Center. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has supported entrepreneurs and organizations across multiple sectors.

He most recently served as a Loan Specialist with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), where he helped business owners navigate funding through the COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program. His background also includes tax preparation with H&R Block, providing a strong foundation in small business and personal finance.

William previously served as an Adjunct Instructor at Metropolitan Community College, teaching employability skills and workforce readiness. He also worked as a Personal Banker, supporting both individuals and business clients with financial services and planning.

Earlier in his career, he held multiple roles at Union Pacific Railroad. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, William brings both practical insight and professional expertise to his work, helping clients with business formation, financial strategy, and growth planning.
