He is actively involved in operations and leadership at Roehr’s Machinery, a family-owned equipment dealership in southeast Nebraska. Working inside a highly competitive, capital-intensive industry, Dr. Roehr has firsthand experience managing operations, navigating economic cycles, and making decisions where margins, cash flow, and execution matter. This real-world background sets him apart from traditional consultants and directly informs the advice he gives to business owners.
