Biography

I am a current licensed clinical social worker in the Omaha area. I currently have a private psychotherapy practice in addition to teaching full-time for the Grace Abbott School of Social Work. I am dually licensed to provide mental health and addictions counseling in the State of Nebraska. I enjoy teaching students what being a social worker today looks like and the vast array of roles that social workers take in our community. I am excited to educate future social workers who will be crucial change agents in our schools, neighborhoods, cities and states.

Service Summary

I serve as the faculty advisor for Phi Alpha Honor Society and we hosted a dodgeball tournament to raise money for AM Counseling in November 2024. I have served on the BSSW Committees and Practicum Committees. I currently chair the Admissions Committee and have been on the Sunshine Committee for two years. ​
