Jaida Sorensen

Jaida earned her bachelor's degree in social work with a minor in both psychology and sociology at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is currently aiming towards her master's degree in social work and will be graduating in December. She will be working with Goodrich in the summer and fall semesters to mentor students and help connect them to resources.

 

Jaida's motivation lies with empowering others and ensuring that individuals can access the tools and networks they need to thrive. During her free time, Jaida enjoys taking her dog on walks, spending time in nature, journaling, spending time with family and friends, and baking (she may bring goodies so watch out).
