Biography
Dr. Bulbulian earned his BS/MS from Brigham Young University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in Kinesiology and subsequently earned his PhD in Exercise Science from University of Southern California. He is a seasoned faculty member and administrator having earned tenure at Kansas State University and University of Kentucky. He brings 19 years of administrative experience as a Director of Research (NY Chiropractic College), Founding Dean of Health and Human services at Marywood University in Pennsylvania, Vice Provost and Acting Provost at Alfaisal University in Saudi Arabia, and Founding Dean of Science and Technology at Nazarbayev University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Former president of the Central States Chapter of ACSM, and Exercise Physiology Academy, He has over 55 refereed publications, 1300 citations with an H Index of 21, and over 20 Million dollars in extramural support for research and student scholarships. He has extensive research experience working with DoD and NASA on Human Physiology and Ergonomics related investigations.
