VISION STATEMENT

The CADRE Project, an intentional network of teachers, public school districts, and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, exists to enhance teaching and learning by providing educational opportunities and support for entry year teachers and unlimited professional development for veteran teachers. Thadwe result of this project is a strong, focused community of educators that will ensure professional excellence into the new millennium.


GOALS

  • Provide entry-year assistance to beginning teachers utilizing veteran teachers and university faculty.
  • Attain greater linkage between existing teacher preparation programs and participating school districts.
  • Provide incentives for professional growth and career options to veteran teachers.
  • Provide networking opportunities for teachers, districts, and the university.
