Fall 2025 CBA Career & Internship Fair

The Fall 2025 CBA Career & Internship Fair will be held on Wednesday, September 10th from 10 AM to 2 PM. Student registration will open on August 25th. See you there!

Career Fair Prep - Speed Résumé Reviews in the Mammel Hall Atrium

Students can stop by one of our Speed Resume Review sessions in the Mammel Hall Atrium for a walk-in resume review to ensure that their resume is ready to share with the 75 employers at the fair. Students can attend without registering, but registration helps us determine staffing needs for the reviews.

Maybe you want to format your resume for a specific employer, or maybe you just want to update it. Either way, we're here to help.

You can even bring in the job description or employer name that you are interested in and we'll help you format your resume accordingly.


Dressing the Part

Dress for success image guide. A guide on how to dress for the next career fair. Dress Business Casual. Business Casual: Colors & Styles, have nice pants/ slacks, or dresses. Skirts & dresses should be knee length when standing and thighs covered when sitting. No jeans, shorts, or sundresses or athletic wear. Ties are optional. Jackets & Shoes: Blazers & cardigans with flats, boots, closed toe shoes, or comfortable shoes for walking. Business Professional clothes should be solid, dark or neutral colors, light colors can be worn underneath, shoes should be closed toe heel or dress shoes. No stripes or bright prints/colors. Suit jacket and pants/ skirt should be matching colors. General Recommendations, clothes should be tailored, in good condition, wrinkle & lint free. Neat & clean dress shoes. Hair: well-groomed hairstyle. Nails & Makeup: Natural in style. Jewelry & Fragrance: Wear moderate jewelry with mild fragrance. Piercing & Tattoos: align to event culture or standard. Carry your resume and/or cover letter. Bring essentials only!

Big Interview has helpful tips and videos on what to wear and what not to wear. If you are seriously interested in a company or job that will be represented at the Career Fair, wear what you would to an interview.
