Background

Kenny earned his PhD in U.S. diplomatic history from West Virginia University in 2016 (BA Simpson College, 2003, MA University of Kansas, 2011). His research examines the role of Congress in the tightening of U.S.-Israel relations during the late 1960s and 1970s. Kenny recently completed a 20-month Fulbright postdoctoral fellowship to Israel, where he was affiliated with the School of Political Science at the University of Haifa. When there isn't a global pandemic, Kenny enjoys going to sporting events and concerts.
