Background

Dan Weis is an Omaha native and earned his master's degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha  focusing on European history.  He has been an adjunct lecturer of the History Department since 2002. 

While he primarily teaches World Civilizations Courses, he has run a number of study abroad courses since 2012.  His major focus areas are the history of revolutions, Renaissance Italy and Niccolò Machiavelli.
