About Traron

Strengths: Restorative, Activator, Learner, Individualization, Harmony

Traron is from Kansas City, Missouri and has worked in the field of education for many years, most notably as a High School biology teacher. He graduated from Lincoln University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and later obtained a Master of Arts in teaching from Saint Louis University. During undergrad, he grew in his affinity for serving students while working as a Youth Development Professional at the Boys and Girls Club of Jefferson City. There he learned that one of the best ways to understand and positively impact the plight of an inner-city community is to serve in a public school. Traron aspires to help the students who come from those communities understand the various opportunities that education provides them. He believes that many factors outside the classroom can influence a student’s mode of thought and stifle their educational potential. Traron aims to affect positive change in that area from within the classroom and beyond. In doing so, he can help students overcome challenges in life and soar to heights never imagined.

Traron loves learning about people and the grand scale of nuance in this world. He enjoys watching interviews, playing videogames, and fantasy football.
