• Complainant’s advisor asks questions of Investigator
• Respondent’s advisor asks questions of Investigator
• Opportunity for board to ask additional questions of Investigator
• Opportunity for parties to ask additional questions of Investigator

Complainant

• Opportunity for Complainant to present opening statement
• Hearing Board asks questions of Complainant
