(1) Security is required beginning at cocktail hour or food service. For ceremony-only events, security will start one hour before the ceremony. In all other cases, hiring security is at the couple's discretion.

(1) Reserved start time is building access time. Reserved end time is building closing time at which the event is over and all guests will be asked to leave.
- Additional time may be purchased prior to your event for $50 per additional hour.
- Additional time may be purchased 60 days or less prior to your event if availability exists.
- Special rates apply for weddings scheduled to happen between December 1st through March 1st.
