(1) Reserved start time is building access time. Reserved end time is building closing time at which the event is over and all guests will be asked to leave.
- Additional time may be purchased prior to your event for $75.00/hr on Friday and $175.00/hr on Saturday/Sunday
- 60 days or less prior to your event if availability exists additionaly time may be purchased for $75.00 Friday/Saturday/Sunday
- Special rates apply for weddings scheduled to happen between December 1st through March 1st.
