The Museum offers both a classroom and gallery for meetings and lectures free of charge to UNO-affiliated groups and units, local nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and educational institutions for the purpose of community engagement, dialogue, and discussion.

Please read our Reservation Agreement for more information about reserving the classroom or gallery.

Submit a Reservation Request Form to start the process of reserving our classroom.

Classroom

Our classroom is fully equipped with flexible seating and technology capabilities that can accommodate up to 30 people.

Classroom Availability

  • Monday through Friday: 8:30 A.M. to 6 P.M.
  • Saturday: 10:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
  • Sunday: 12:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.

The following technology is available in the classroom:

  • Podium
  • Public wifi
  • Projector and screen
  • Videoconference camera

Exhibition Tours

Tours of the current exhibition are available when reserving the classroom.

Gallery

Our gallery is fully equipped with flexible seating and technology capabilities that can accommodate up to 75 people.

Tours of the current exhibition are available when reserving the gallery.

Gallery Availability
Monday and Tuesday: 8:30 A.M. to 6 P.M.

The gallery is available on Monday and Tuesday for UNO and community programmatic partnership opportunities.

The following technology is available in the gallery:

  • Podium
  • Public wifi
  • Wireless microphone (lapel and handheld)
