Biography

Lauren Foster is the Business & Administration Manager of Samuel Bak Museum: The Learning Center (SBMLC) where they serve the Museum’s financial operations and fundraising initiatives.

Lauren has spent the past 8-years in various facets of economic & community development with their most recent experience leading initiatives through the Department of Housing and Urban Development for a large municipality.

Lauren aims to integrate their diverse experiences into the University system as they serve the mission and goals of Samuel Bak Museum: The Learning Center.

Lauren is also a creative and civic community leader. Lauren currently serves as the Chair of the City of Omaha Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and is a member of the United Way Emerging Leaders Advisory Committee.
