Program Details

It is easy to get started with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS). For new students entering MIS, the first semester gets you right into foundational computing and business courses. You will explore topics like business data management, systems analysis, and decision support while learning how technology enables efficient business operations.

As you move into your second and third semesters, you will gain experience with programming, database management, and enterprise systems. You will also develop analytical skills to solve business problems using data and technology. The degree offers minimal curricular complexity and a lot of flexibility. This means it is easy to transfer credits into MIS or combine it with other disciplines (e.g., for double majors).
