Sarah’s research interests focus on sports medicine and athletic training applications in musculoskeletal injury evaluation and prevention, with emphasis on diagnostic ultrasound, joint arthrometry, and the biomechanics of the knee and ankle joints.

Personal Background:
Sarah was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. A lifelong athlete, she played Division I soccer during her first year at the United States Military Academy at West Point before leaving in 2015 due to injury. Outside of athletics, Sarah enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, kayaking, and camping, watching sports, and reading her Bible.
