Beckie is the Senior Director, Sales & Operations Planning for Valmont Industries.  She is responsible for leading the Sales and Operations team for North America Steel Operations. Beckie interfaces with a variety of teams and leaders both with the North America Operations group and other Valmont segments to ensure that both customer demand generated by Commercial teams and internal customer demand is met by the Operations teams of various sites. She is responsible for directing and leading the Sales and Operations Planning for the Utility and ESS segments of Valmont, and oversees coordination of demand generation with demand fulfillment across all Valmont sites.

Beckie received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with an emphasis in Health Science from Hastings College and her Executive MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
