Academic Advising for Neuroscience Majors

Neuroscience Advisor
Dr. Suzanne Sollars ssollars@unomaha.edu 419C Allwine Hall
  • If you’re a declared Neuroscience major with 27 or more hours you’ll need to see Dr. Sollars for advising.
  • If you're undeclared or have fewer than 27 hours, you'll need to see an Arts & Sciences Advising Center Advisor.

Our faculty advisors are here not only to help you plan your schedule but also to answer questions about:

  • Programs of study
  • Study abroad options
  • Career options
  • Graduate and professional school

You may schedule an advising appointment at any point in the year but should note that the heaviest advising time at UNO is typically during the months of October, for the spring semester classes, and March for the fall semester.

“Arts and Sciences Advising Center” written on a glowing sign.

Arts and Sciences Advisors are Available to help.

Remember that you can always make an appointment with a College of Arts and Sciences Advisor if you need to.

They can help with a variety of needs outside of major advising.
