Get prescription refills
Some prescriptions, like depression or anxiety medications, require follow-up visits with your provider to be refilled. Avoid last-minute stress by scheduling your appointment now to ensure you have everything you need for summer.
Catch up on care you've been putting off
Taking care of your health now can help you head into summer with peace of mind and prevent small issues from becoming bigger problems later on. Even if you're feeling fine, an annual exam is a great opportunity to stay proactive about your health.
Appointments are available for:
- Follow-up visits for chronic conditions.
- Wellness exams.
- Addressing new symptoms or concerns.
- Sexual health screenings.
Planning a mental health check-in?
Summer break often brings a big shift in routine, relationships, and environment—which can be exciting, but also overwhelming. If you’re currently seeing one of our psychiatric providers or if you’ve been thinking about psychiatric medication management, now’s the time to schedule an appointment.
A pre-summer mental health check-in can help:
- Review your current treatment plan or medication needs.
- Talk through any concerns about the transition into summer.
- Set goals for maintaining your mental health while away from campus.
- Explore new coping strategies or support options if needed.
Still need summer plans? We’re open!
Staying in Omaha this summer? The UNO Health Center will be open and ready to support you. Call us at 402.554.2374 or visit healthcenter.unomaha.edu to explore our services and schedule your appointment online.
Students not enrolled in on-campus credits for the current semester may still use health center services, but all care will be billed to insurance or paid out-of-pocket after a 35% self-pay discount. All services for faculty and staff are also billed to insurance or paid out-of-pocket at a discounted rate.
