Appointments can be made and canceled online:
Scheduling TipsĀ
- Parental or legal guardian consent is required for students 18 and younger. Your parent or guardian can complete a Power of Attorney form, or we can call them at the time of your visit.
- If you are no longer able to make your appointment, call 402.554.2374 (please dial the full 10-digit number whether on or off campus).
- We ask that you notify our office of your cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Any appointment not canceled prior to the appointment time is considered a “no-show.” Please be aware that if repeated missed appointments occur without calling or cancelling, you may be unable to schedule appointments at specific times in the future, or your provider could ask you to seek medical care elsewhere.
- Save time by completing e-Checkin.
- Bring your photo ID and insurance card (a picture or copy of the front and back of the card works as well) to every appointment.
- Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in.
