Bio

Jenna Hopkins is a national security expert with a decade of experience in policy, research, and strategic communications. Her experience spans nonprofits, government, and academia. Recently, she directed the technology policy portfolio and advised on violent extremism-related issues for a major nonprofit. In the U.S. Congress, she served as a staff member on homeland security-focused committees, advising lawmakers on counterterrorism and intelligence issues. 

Prior to government, she conducted research on a range of international security challenges for leading institutions in the U.S. and Germany. Hopkins is an alumna of the U.S. Department of State's Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals, a yearlong cultural immersion and public diplomacy fellowship.
