New Policy Brief: Status Offenders
Status Offenders and the Juvenile Justice System
NCJR has produced a research brief entitled "Status Offenders and the Juvenile Justice System". The primary purpose of this brief is to serve as a resource for adopting promising practices and evidence-based practices for low-risk youth. The primary goal is to increase public safety and save resources by reducing further system-involvement of status offenders.
