Pictures of Ignacio Ruelas

I am currently working at CPAR as a student research assistant on literature reviews, gathering, coding, analyzing and organizing data, and assisting the director with research assessments. This summer I worked on data organization for the 6 Regions, One Nebraska regional initiative. My research interests are fiscal decentralization in Latin American countries, public policies in education, and comparative public finances. I was recently awarded an Honorable Mention in the Mexican National Award of Public Finances Research, organized by the Mexican Federal Congress.
