About Kevin

Current Program: M.S. In Biomechanics
 
Undergraduate Degree & Institution: B.S. in Physics, Nebraska Wesleyan University, 2024; B.S. in Mathematics, Nebraska Wesleyan University, 2024
 
Research Interests: Kevin's research interests are in joint loading during high-impact movements such as linemen blocking in football. He is also interested in studying how prophylactic bracing changes joint loading and impacts injury risk.
 
Personal Background: Kevin is originally from Westminster Colorado. He moved to Nebraska in 2020 to play football at Nebraska Wesleyan University. His long term career goal is to be a sports scientist and biomechanist for a professional team. Outside the lab he loves hiking, reading, and tutoring math and physics.
 
Fun Fact: Kevin has hiked multiple 14ers in Colorado.
