Research Interests: My current research involves the study of different types of neuromuscular primers and their effects on power generation and muscle activation during exercise. I am also involved with rehabilitation research using an underwater treadmill in clinical populations.
Personal Background: I grew up in McLean, Virginia, just outside Washington D.C. I aspire to be in a high-level sports science role related to training athletes one day. In my free time I like to work out and be outdoors.
Fun Fact: I used to be a Wildland Firefighter in Oregon.
