Spring 2027 Production & Audition Info
UNOTheatre Spring 2027 Production & Audition Info:
We are casting for three productions this spring! Two main stage and one senior capstone productions:
Athena- directed by JM Christiansen, rehearsals start in January and runs February 25th- March 7th.
The Trail to Oregon- directed by Bri Linden, rehearsals start in January and runs February 26th-28th.
You Can’t Take It With You- directed by Ron Zank, rehearsals start in mid-February and runs April 15th-25th
Dates & Info to know:
- October 16th | Submit a self-tape of 2 contrasting monologues via an unlisted YouTube link. Total length should not exceed 3 minutes. Students can submit this link in their audition form (QR code on poster below, or follow this link: Spring 2027 Audition Form
- October 21st| Athena & The Trail to Oregon callbacks
- October 22nd| You Can’t Take it With You callbacks
UNOTheatre Student Eligibility Policy
Students must maintain a minimum semester GPA of 2.0 to be eligible for acting roles or advanced technical Practicum assignments.
Students cast in productions are expected to prioritize their coursework and class preparation. Missing theatre classes or failing to engage may negatively impact grades, particularly in Practicum courses.
Success in productions is enhanced by the knowledge and skills gained in the classroom, making attendance in both arenas essential.
