About Me

My passion is to create spaces for others to reach their full potential. A two-time graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha (BS in Journalism and an MS in Counseling), I began working for the university in January 2011 as a graduate assistant in the Counseling Center. This position sparked my passion for high-quality and accessible education.

In August 2012, I moved to the College of Business Administration as an academic advisor and in June 2014 took on the exciting challenge of creating and directing the CBA Scholars Academy.

Since that time, I have recruited and welcomed multiple cohorts of 20 amazing students. Seeing them grow and reach their potential is the very best part of my job. They inspire me to be better.
