Cancellation Policy

The CAB Lab institutes a cancellation policy that is as follows: In the event the student needs to cancel their appointment for any reason, they must contact the CAB Lab to notify their absence. Emailing, calling, or canceling the appointment will count as an excused absence and will not count against the student's appointment attendance.

In the case where the student does not show up for their scheduled appointment twice in one semester and does not contact the lab to notify the absence, the student's SONA account will be locked and students will be unable to sign up for studies for the remainder of the semester.

To reinstate the account, students must email or call the lab at 402.554.2224 to make an appointment with the CAB Lab's director and give an explanation for the unexcused absences. Accounts will not be reinstated until after a meeting with the CAB Lab director has taken place.
