Degree: Majors in Biology and Secondary Education with a Science endorsement
Plan: Taylor plans to become a teacher and eventually obtain a master’s in Biology.
What benefits and/or professional skills have you gained?
I moved to Omaha from Kimball, NE to study pre-med, but fell in love with education instead. Through these programs I’ve been able to gain classroom experience, learn more about scientific research methods, make connections with fellow educators and scientists, improve my networking skills, and so much more.
What is a hobby of yours?
When I’m not doing schoolwork or work for Noyce and NE STEM, I like to spend as much time as I can with my friends, my partner, and my cat Miranda.
