The physical keys here at UNO are built based on different master key systems to allow for the most secure and convenient keys to be checked out across campus to faculty, staff, and students. By using a tracking and request software, we catalog thousands of lock mechanisms across both our Dodge and Scott Campuses. We also use the software to coordinate and organize approved requestors for the numerous departments and buildings in order to maximize the security of our college.

Key Requests

To request a key go to the SimpleK site. Users must be preauthorized to access the site.

Service Requests

To open a service requests requesters should go to the WEBTMA site for lock/door repairs. Users must be preauthorized to access the site.
