Choose from Two Concentrations

Public Health

The Public Health concentration prepares the graduate student for positions with agencies and organizations whose mission is to improve the health of the public through education and advocacy. Many choose to stay in their present position but can then infuse more education and advocacy for health in their job.
Public Health Concentration

Physical Activity in Health Promotion

Putting theory into practice is emphasized in the Physical Activity in Health Promotion concentration by providing students with a wide variety of practical and professional experiences. Students have the opportunity to become directly involved with community organizations while they are working toward their master's degree.
