Required 2026 Tournament Forms (for all Nebraska Tournaments)
Coach Agreement (online) Form - This form needs to be completed before you attend any Nebraska Science Olympiad Tournament this year. You only need to fill it out once for all tournaments this year.
Team Roster Certification Form - Please fill this out, sign it, and then have your administrator sign it. Then scan and email it to the tournament director or bring it with you on tournament day to turn in.
