Faith is a fifth-year Ph.D. student in UNO's Industrial/Organizational Psychology program. Her research focuses on burnout and creativity in the workplace, and she's in the process of writing her dissertation on ADHD in the workplace. In addition to her time with CPAR, she is part of a turnover task force consultant team for an auto club organization. She also serves as a project lead as part of UNO’s Center for Applied Psychological Services where she leads focus groups and conducts both quantitative and qualitative research.
