About

Lyle Kwiatkowski is a strategic planner, multimedia storyteller, and creative leader with more than eight years of experience in video production, content strategy, and communications. Throughout his career, he has specialized in developing compelling visual stories, managing complex productions, and leading creative teams across higher education, athletics, and nonprofit organizations.

Currently serving as Producer/Director for UNO Television at the University of Nebraska Omaha, he oversees content production, manages project budgets, and develops creative initiatives for the School of Communication and external clients. His work focuses on transforming ideas into engaging multimedia experiences that connect audiences and support organizational goals.

Prior to joining UNO Television, he served as Director of Content Creation for Huskervision at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he led the strategy, coordination, and production of in-venue content for Nebraska Athletics. Before that, he spent three years as Assistant Director of Video Production for Omaha Athletics, producing feature stories, promotional campaigns, social media content, and live event support across digital and broadcast platforms.

Kwiatkowski holds a Master of Communications from the University of Nebraska Omaha with an emphasis in Communication Law, Technology and Policy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with concentrations in Public Relations, Advertising, and Information Technology Innovation.

Passionate about storytelling and community engagement, he uses creative media to help students and organizations share meaningful stories, strengthen their brands, and connect with audiences in authentic ways.
