Dr. Muntaha Bani Hani stands out as a visionary leader in higher education and business development, backed by a diverse and prestigious educational background. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership from Said Business School at the University of Oxford, enhancing her strategic leadership skills. Dr. Bani Hani's academic achievements include a PhD in Management from the University of Kent, an MBA from Mu'tah University, and a BSc from the University of Iowa. This varied educational experience has equipped her with a versatile skill set and a global perspective. 

Her career is distinguished by research excellence, with publications in esteemed peer-reviewed journals and successful acquisition of research grants totaling $86,000. Further demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional development, Dr. Bani Hani has completed courses at Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford in Decision Making and Negotiation, Design Thinking, Starting a Successful Business, and Managing Innovative Technology. She also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, underlining her expertise in project management and strategic planning. 

With over 12 years of experience in academia, Dr. Bani Hani has held key positions such as the Dean/President of a University College and Head of the Business Administration Department.
