What We Can You Help With

  • Navigating MavLINK: We’ll walk you through using the system to enroll, drop, or swap classes.
  • Building Your Schedule: Not sure how to create the perfect schedule? We’ll help you find the best times and balance your workload.
  • Answering Process Questions: Unsure of when or how to enroll? No worries, we’ve got the answers!

What We Don’t Do

While we’re here to assist with technical enrollment issues, please note that we do not provide:

  • Academic advising or personalized course selection.
  • Guidance on degree requirements or academic progress.
  • Transfer credit evaluation.
  • Registration hold removal.

For help choosing the right classes, please schedule a time to meet with your CBA Academic Advisor using MavCONNECT.

Who’s Here to Help?

Our lab is staffed by friendly, trained student workers who know the enrollment process inside and out. They’ve been through it themselves and are ready to share tips and tricks to make it easier for you!

When and Where is the Lab Open?

No appointment necessary—just drop by in-person or via Zoom during the times below for quick assistance.

You can use this Zoom link to connect virtually with the Enrollment Support Lab: Enrollment Support Lab on Zoom.
