COVID-19 and GI Bill Benefits

UNO is not experiencing changes to VA education benefits for the Spring 2020 term. Click here for more information.

OMVS is working closely with the VA and UNO leadership to answer questions about Summer 2020 enrollment and benefits. More information will be provided via email and on the OMVS website once available.

OMVS has Transitioned to Remote Services

At the direction of NU system leadership, OMVS will be operating remotely until further notice. While the physical office space is closed, OMVS staff continue to support your success at UNO. 

The OMVS team will be available from 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. We are happy to connect with you through the following channels:

  2. Apply for education benefits at www.va.gov 
  3. Complete the UNO - VA Agreement Form
  4. Enroll in classes
  5. Complete the Notification of Intent (NOI) in your MavLINK messages.
