Support Services

Support Services assists campus safety by managing access to university buildings, alarm monitoring systems, and campus security cameras. These services are crucial to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Managing access to university buildings involves controlling who can enter specific buildings on campus and ensuring that access is granted only to authorized personnel. This helps to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas and potentially causing harm or damage.

Alarm monitoring systems are designed to detect and alert security personnel to any unusual activity, such as break-ins, or other emergencies. By monitoring these systems, the appropriate Campus Safety employees can quickly respond to any potential threats and take appropriate action to prevent harm or damage.

Campus security cameras are strategically placed to provide additional security and surveillance. These cameras help to deter criminal activity and can provide valuable evidence in the event of a crime or safety incident.
