The Human Resources Department provides comprehensive support and guidance in the following areas:

- Compensation & Job Classification – We conduct job evaluations and salary reviews at the individual, department, and campus-wide levels, ensuring that job descriptions remain current and compensation is equitable, competitive, and aligned with market standards.
