As a research assistant for CPAR I currently work on various tasks including literature reviews, gathering and organizing data, survey development, and other research needs as necessary. During my Industrial/Organizational Psychology Ph.D., I completed applied research on topics such as worker well-being, job satisfaction, training needs assessment, and job analysis. My disseration explored the various factors impacting HR professionals' value of creativity in the workplace and creativity-based hiring decisions. I also completed an internship in HR Analytics with a local Omaha organization, Green Plains Inc., leading several data and survey development projects.
