First day to request a mail-in ballot for state-wide and general election

September 20, 2022 National Voter Registration Day (annually the fourth Tuesday of every September)
October 11, 2022

First day to vote early in-person at the election commission office

October 21, 2022

Deadline to register to vote via mail or online

October 28, 2022

Deadline for in-person voter registration at the election commission office

Deadline to request your early voting ballot (mail in ballot)

November 1, 2022

Recommended last day to return early voting ballot by mail via US Postal Service

November 7, 2022

Deadline for in-person early voting at election commission office

November 8, 2022

Statewide general election day. Polls open from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M.

Deadline to return early voting ballot to election commission office or drop box location by 8 P.M.)

All voting in all forms must be received by 8 P.M. on election day
