As a student research assistant for CPAR I am currently working on various tasks including literature reviews, gathering and organizing data, and assisting with other research needs as necessary. As an industrial/organizational psychology Ph.D. student, my applied research interests lie in worker wellbeing, job satisfaction, and organizational development practices. Recently, I have completed research projects looking at workplace stressors and their impacts on employee creativity at work as well as projects related to virtual team effectiveness in the healthcare industry.
