Call for Proposals
OMA x AI is an annual event, bringing together educators, business professionals, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and students.
Our goal is to make artificial intelligence approachable, practical, and grounded in real-world use. We are especially interested in sessions that demonstrate how AI is being used today—inside classrooms, organizations, startups, and community-serving institutions.
We want presentations to make attendees leave feeling inspired to try AI-based strategies in their own workplaces and lives.
What We're Looking For
- All accepted sessions will be 45 minutes in length
- Demo + discussion + Q&A format
- Presenters do not need to be technical experts; clarity, honesty, and practical insight matter most
Deadline to Submit
Proposals will be accepted February 2, 2026 through February 27, 2026.
Those selected to present will be notified by March 6.
